i went to the shop to buy some food
i left me telly to which i was glued
my empty belly did moan and groan
"come on ! your down to 19 stone"
i passed some gardens on the right
whilst dodging all the wet dog s@@@@
some had gnomes some had not
some were mowed
but others out growed
i saw a penny on the floor
looked a little further didnt see any more
and finally 100 yards to the shop
so out of breath ready to drop
but the smell of cakes kept me going
i was on adreanaline it stopped me slowing
good job got there just in time
only one eclair left should be a crime!!
some little kid had dibs on it first
if he knew how to swear im sure he'd of cursed
but that penny was lucky im here to teach
he was to small it was out of his reach
he was still crying as i left the shop
cream stuffed in me face i went home with a hop
his mum glared and shook her head
well its dog eat dog ive gotta be fed
on me way home i looked to me left
the gnomes were applauding my greatest theft
but the penny had been spent as i tell you true
i was soon to twist my ankle on the wet dog p@@
