What foods from ab crab that you fee usually change the colour of your hermies when he/she is molted?

we find the ones we added in our colour kit and palm oil is known to, so we've added a free palm oil aswell

flowers aswell!

i started to get blue crabs after feeding abcrab dried flowers and fresh flowers...you can see my colour diary in the diet section of the forums... although it hasnt been updated for ages due to all crabs being on surface and no one moulting at the moment!but all the foods listed i use 1 or 2 of each day as part of their diet but after the first moults the grey coloured rugs definatly started to go blue after feeding flowers Guests cannot see images in posts.
